More About Me

I have taken many different personalities tests through the years, from the DISC Profile test to the Eagle Center test shown below.  Though the individual tests have looked at different aspects of who I am, they have all agreed on one thing, leadership. While I haven't always directly sought out a leadership position during my tenure in the tech sector, I usually gravitate toward leading through mentoring other in whatever position I occupy. So eventually whatever organization I am with will ask me step into a more official leadership position. It wasn't until I had the opportunity to find out more about how I am wired, that I embraced and began to enjoy leadership roles in my career. I have the ability to get things done. Motivating others is also one of my strong attributes.  I am a logical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
